RYAN HOPKINS DESIGN

BIO
I have always been fascinated by the design aspects of the world around us, from physical items to interiors and film sets. The functions and forms of these designs convey messages for the audience and user, which has always excited me.
After completing my Art & Design foundation, I continued my studies at The University of Lincoln, where I focused on Product Design. This is where I developed my passion for both art and design. During my time there, I spent many hours in the workshop, honing my skills in CAD and 3D visualisation.
After graduation, I found myself interested in the Interior and Furniture design world, contributing to projects exceeding £100k in value. More recently, I completed an Art Direction and Drafting course at Film Design International, located at Pinewood. There, I gained practical drawing skills, learned how to produce plans and elevations, construction details, and models according to industry standards.
I am passionate about bringing stories to life, especially themes on science fiction and dystopian worlds that allow me to play with different styles and designs.
